Built from more than 900 survey responses, 32 interviews, classroom research, and repeated prototype testing across Taiwan. The final direction focused on the moment before commitment, when one clear signal can still change a decision.

The system connects structured data, geographic search, permanent public resources, ownership, maintenance, and long-term accountability. A modest directory is treated with the seriousness usually reserved for much larger systems.

HAAM is led by Kris Haamer, an Estonian interaction designer and product builder shaped by work across Europe and Taiwan. The practice moves between public infrastructure and personal tools, cultural memory and emerging technology, institutional responsibility and individual experience.
Specialists join when the work requires them. Responsibility stays visible. There is no account-management layer between the problem and the person carrying it.
